Forum for Hindu Awakening’s volunteer sādhak have been working selflessly to promote Dharma education, and awaken and unite supporters of Hinduism since its found in January(Paush) 2009. Here is a glance at these inspiring Hindu activities and the positive response we have received in June 2013 (Jyestha 5115, as per the Hindu calendar). 3A Hindu Chetana - 2014 panchang Order efforts by seekers across North America
3A 1. Positive response for the Hindu Chetana panchang 2014 on East Coast and West Coast
So far for the East Coast, out of total we have booked 231 orders (out of which 57 are confirmed). For the West Coast, out of total we have booked 241 orders (out of which 100 are confirmed).
3A 2. Donor requesting to include prayer in advertisement: With efforts of seekers, Forum for Hindu Awakening received donation for one date box (a section for giving ad - the size is same as one rectangle for one date in calendar) for East as well as West coast. The donor requested to include a “prayer” (For the success of Hindu Chetana 2014 panchang some dharmabhimanis give donation and they want to put a prayer instead of their artwork or ad.- Editor) for the Hindu Chetana 2014 Calendar’s success.
3B. Dharma prasar efforts of seekers in North America
3B 1. Seekers of Forum for Hindu Awakening attend Hindu Mandir’s Priest conference in New York, give Dharma knowledge presentation and setup exhibition stall: On Vaishakh Krushna Navami, Kaliyug Varsha 5115 (June 1, 2013), 3 seekers and 2 Bal sadhaks participated in the 2nd Hindu Mandir Priests’ conference, organized held at the Shri Suryanarayan Mandir, Queens, New York. Around 60 -65 participants attended the conference. Forum for Hindu Awakening also held an exhibition of the Holy texts, audio and video CD’s which received an overwhelming response form members of the Guyanese Hindu community. A seeker of Forum for Hindu awakening gave a presentation on the topic of ‘Devotees concerns and proposed solutions’ aimed to engage the youth by making them understand the spiritual significance of the Dharmik rituals and codes of conduct.
3B 2. Seekers of Forum for Hindu Awakening attend Swami Paripoornanda ji’s event in New Jersey with opportunity of putting up exhibition stall: On Jyeshtha Shukla Saptami, Kaliyug Varsha 5115 (June 15, 2013), in Bridgewater Temple New Jersey, Swami Paripoornananda ji’s event happened. Seekers of Forum for Hindu Awakening were able attend this event. Forum for Hindu Awakening held an exhibition of Holy texts, audio, video CDs. Around 80-100 people attended this event. One dharmabhimani, who was meeting Forum for Hindu Awakening seekers for the first time did satseva of exhibition. He also later shared his mistake happened during the satseva he was doing and the chintan was very nice & deep.

5. Key Highlights
5A. Article optimisation seva
5A 1. Planning of baithaks: Article writing seva has been planned for Forum for Hindu Awakening, based on this seekers doing article optimisation for SEO will be having weekly baithaks for review of seva.
5A 2. Dharmabhaimani attending a training session: Dharma abhimani Patanjali ji from North America has attended the first training session for SEO.
5B. Highlights of Adwords campaign and their result
5B 1. A total of 31,227 new visits were received this month to the Forum for Hindu Awakening website through the Google ad words campaign.
5B 2. The campaign on Hindu Chetana 2014 panchang had the maximum response.
5B 3. Campaign for ‘Hindusim 101’: For the first time, a campaign for the event Hinduism 101 (Hinduism 101: Phone Satsang To Understand Live And Preserve Hinduism) was started on Jyestha Krushna paksha Saptami, kaliyug varsha 5115 (June 29, 2013). Some changes to the content in the events page has been undertaken to improve the effectiveness of the campaign. This campaign was started with an intention to increase the awareness of Hinduism 101 in North America and Canada, hence the online campaign has been specifically targeted to North America and Canada
