The Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad should file petitions whose affect are far reaching ie. they should have an impact all over Bharat. To establish a Hindu Rashtra all devout Pro-Hindu Advocates should unite to form a ‘Bhagwa Bar Association’, said Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain of the Supreme Court.
Advocate Jain talked about their work protecting Hindu interests through the medium of ‘Hindu front for Justice’. He also guided the attendees on how advocates can contribute to protection of Dharma.
Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain further said,
1. When the Babri Masjid was demolished on 6th December, the atmosphere in Uttar Pradesh was very tense. Fear pervaded the air. In these adverse conditions, my father Hari Chandra jain, filed a petition that the Ram Janma Bhumi should be made accessible for worship. As a result, today the Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is open to people.
2. The UP government had made plans to appoint 5000 Muslim Urdu translators in Uttar Pradesh. I filed a petition against this order. As a result they had to cancel this order.
3. The Akhilesh Yadav government had ordered that 22 hardcore terrorists be released. A petition was filed questioning this move. The High Court ordered a stay on this. When the government moved to the Supreme Court, we took help from Ram Jethmalani and won the case.
4. Subsidies are provided for Hajj pilgrims. A petition against this decision of the government has been filed.
